The Crossfire system is capable of operating in the 868 MHz and 915 MHz bands. Depending on where in the world you are located, you may only one or other other band. This documents describes how to change bands when you have move from one region to another.

Unlock Change Bands (If Locked)

  • Power up the Crossfire TX and RX

    • Wait for the main screen

  • Enter the “Konami Code” with two enter presses replacing the original end butting presses

    • up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, enter, enter

  • Hold down the enter button to access the menu

  • Navigate to XF Transmitter > Radio Settings > Region

  • Select Open to unlock the Crossfire band selection

Note

Make sure to power on the Transmitter and the aircraft before you change bands. If you change bands without both sides powered on, you will have to re-bind the systems

Change Bands

  • Power up the Crossfire TX and RX

    • Wait for the main screen

  • Hold down the enter button to access the menu

  • Navigate to XF Transmitter > Radio Settings > Frequency

  • Select the desired band

    • Do not use the “Race” versions of the bands
