Backing Up Radio

  1. Download OpenTX Companion 2.3.9 for your device here

  2. Turn on the Horus

  3. Connect the Horus to your computer using the mini USB port on the back of the controller. The Horus will not turn on while powered with the USB so make sure it is powered on before connecting the device.

  4. When prompted, select “USB Storage”

    1. Selected item is darker blue

  5. Open the companion software 2.3.9 downloaded in the first step. Close any pop up warnings about newer software versions.

  6. Select the second radio icon on the left “Read models and settings from radio”

  7. A window will pop up with the radio model. You can now save the radio file to your computer.
