The Hybrid Hawk Block 1 aircraft is equipped with a Pixhawk2/Cube flight controller. This is an open source flight controller running the ArduCopter firmware. ArduCopter is a sub-set of the ArduPilot project. The project has a wiki page that is a fantastic resource.
